Lovely and quiet, excellent staff, especially a lady called Julie P I , nothing was too much trouble for her and she served us in both reception and at meal times with politeness and friendliness.Well situated for the channel crossing ferry , excellent and secure parking at a good price on-site.Just a bit tricky to turn in from the left without going all the way round,as no right turn..we found a way through the carpark though.Would stay again.My one criticism would be the TV ...it was a bit fiddly and didn't seem to hold it's channels etc,it also turned itself on at 3 in the morning waking us up which was a bit odd ! Maybe someone prior had set a timer..all in all it wasn't as responsive or easy to navigate as most TVs in Premier Inns .

Perfect for what we needed, there are no accessible rooms here, they say that they all have a low bath, thus isnt the case, it was a struggle to get in and out of the shower. Comfy sleep though.
I used this brilliant Premier Inn after arriving at Portsmouth on a ferry from Spain. Very close to the terminal and a nice and convenient place to stay before driving home the next day. Staff very helpful and friendly. An excellent night's stay. Going to use again in October.
The rooms are lovely and clean.the location is peaceful can't hear the m27. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. Good value for money if you book well in advance.
Decent hotel came through my workplace. Big up Claire at reception as I had a slight issue with the booking on behalf of my company. She sorted it out on the phone to my company and was really friendly and was a great help. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, big up Claire!
Greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, Claire, who took trouble in finding a room that met our requirements. Makes a big difference having the cheerful human touches. Beefeater is in the course of renovation. - only complaint was slightly slow service - but it was a busy Friday, and the breakfast wasn’t overly hot!
